This landscape painting captures a stunning view across the Luggala estate, with Lough Dan in the distance just hidden. As you stroll through this picturesque area, a small cliff face reveals itself before you descend into the estate, offering a sense of height and depth.

I've visited this location numerous times, always drawn to its dynamic beauty. The scene transforms throughout the day as the sun shifts, casting different shadows and altering the mood of the landscape. In the distance, you can see the walled track winding around Knocknacloghoge Mountain, leading you toward Lough Dan.

This area is not only a delight to paint but also a fantastic spot for hiking, surrounded by the breathtaking vistas of Lough Tay, Lough Dan, and Luggala Mountain. I highly recommend exploring this estate, where you can experience the same inspiring views that influenced my work.

I use artist grade materials for all my work to guarantee colour vibrancy over time. All paintings are varnished to protect the work using a satin varnish which results in a semi gloss finish.

Original paintings come framed unless otherwise stated.
