  • I aim to ship orders within 5-7 business days of an order. If for any reason there are any delays I will inform you immediately.
  • I use registered and tracked postal services and tracker courier services, all orders will receive tracking shipment numbers once an item is shipped.
  • All artwork is packaged for maximum protection.

What about Customs and import taxes?

  • It will be the customers responsibility for any customs and import taxes that may apply and to factor them as a potential addition to the cost of importing an artwork. Please note this if you are purchasing from a non EU zone country. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

What about returns?

Do you take commissions?

  • I can take on a limited number of commissions per year so if you are interested in commissioning a piece please do get in touch with me to discuss. My preference is always to work from an actual location and from life if feasible. Timing will depend on the project and my commitments.

What materials do you use?

  • I use artist grade materials for all my work to guarantee colour vibrancy over time, I also varnish all my work to protect paintings using a satin varnish which results in a semi gloss finish.
  • Paintings generally will come framed unless otherwise stated. For my canvas paintings  I generally use a float frame, for wood panel paintings I'll use a more traditional wood frame. Please see the photos on each product page.
  • If you have any questions on a piece of work do not hesitate to get in touch before buying, always happy to discuss.

What are Giclee prints?

  • Giclee printing is an extremely high quality and resolution ink-jet printing process, producing beautiful fine art prints that last much longer than those produced using traditional printing techniques. Giclee printing has become the standard for quality art galleries and museums as the preferred method for reproducing artwork.

What does En Plein Air mean?

  • This is a French phrase meaning in the open air. Where I tag work as Plein Air it means these were painted on site at the location, sometimes this means multiple visits to the location.
  • Finishing work on a piece can be done in my studio too depending on the piece.
